Note that you must not wash your hair every day, cause it will disrupt the moisture balance, shampooing is best done once every three days or more (maximum seven days). If you must (beacuse of heat or sweat) you may rinse your hair with water and only use shampoo occasional. Use a mild moisturizing shampoo with a low pH, and seperate conditioner. Conditioer will moisturize your hair, and give it extra protection, also add shine and reduce tangles. Water to rinse the hair should be warm, and avoid the use of hot water, cause it can dry and/or irritate the scalp.

In order to restore the moisture back into your hair, you can apply conditioner, which is done after you shampoo. Take extra care to the end of the hair area, does it have split ends or tangles. After that you can rinse your hair.
